Photos, the fault, and a preferred day. We reply with a bay time the same day when we can.

Scan, inspection and a written cause. You approve the work before parts are ordered.

Mechanical, body, wrap or detail — done in-house so quality does not leave the warehouse.

Collect & drive
Handover, what was done, and what to watch. Then you are back on Al Khail.

Do I need an appointment?
WhatsApp first. Same-day bays happen when a lift is free, but diagnostics and paint need a booked slot so the car is not sitting in the sun.
What cars do you work on?
European, Japanese, American and daily SUVs. Tuned cars and factory cars. If we cannot do a specialist job we will say so before you leave the keys.
Can you wrap and service in one visit?
Yes — mechanical and finish live in the same warehouse. Timeline depends on parts and film. We plan both jobs together so you are not making two trips.
