Wrap or paint: what survives Dubai sun
Vinyl wrap is the faster colour change and it protects factory paint if the install is clean. In Dubai it still needs a quality film, edge-sealed panels and a garage that understands heat soak on horizontal surfaces — roofs and bonnets fail first when film is cheap.
A respray is the right call when the shell is already mapped with stone chips, oxidised clear or previous poor paint. We only paint in a controlled bay. Dust in Al Quoz is not a reason to rush a panel into open air.
Carbon fibre and body kits sit in the middle: they need paint or clear that can take UV, and they need to be fitted so they do not vibrate off at highway speed. We do the kit, the finish and the mechanical fit in the same warehouse.
